Our conference

The 2011 Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors (AEESP) Education & Research Conference was built around the theme of integrating Global Sustainability into education, research, and practice. It included 7 sub-theme areas and had:

• 102 oral presentations
• a poster session of 138 presentations, & 11 student awards worth $200 each
• 3 keynote speakers
• Full slate of workshops on Sunday
• CH2MHILL sponsored Gulf beach networking social at the Clearwater Hilton
• NSF supported Career Workshop
• AEESP Business Meeting & Awards Ceremony at the Florida Aquarium
• AEESP "Legacy Celebration: Round 2" hosted by Profs. Wayne Echelberger and Phil Singer.
• An online photo competition with 3 awards worth $75 each
